By using bdkino you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear — write to support.

1. What we provide

bdkino is a search service for movies and TV shows by frame, screenshot or scene description. Free (5 searches/hour) or paid (subscription / AI credits).

2. Registration

• Minimum age — 13 (16 for EU)
• One person — one account
• Sign-up via email or Google
• You're responsible for your password security

3. What you can do

• Search for any movies and shows
• Share found results
• Help others in the community
• Accept donations to your USDT wallet
• Run ads via /advertise

4. What you cannot do

• Automated requests without written permission
• Upload illegal content (CSAM, violence)
• Bypass rate-limits (multi-accounts, VPN IP-rotation)
• Reverse-engineer without a bug bounty contract

5. Subscription and payments

USDT only (TRC20/BEP20/ERC20) or alternative methods on request. The subscription is a digital service: funds are non-refundable after activation. A refund is possible only within 7 days of payment and only if the service wasn't actively used (≤10 searches).

6. Advertising

Each campaign is moderated (<24h). Banned: erotic content, drugs, weapons, misinformation. Spent budget is non-refundable; the unused balance is returned to USDT within 7 days on request.

7. Community content

By posting a request or answer you grant bdkino a non-exclusive license to store and show this content to others. You remain the copyright holder.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI may be wrong. The site may be temporarily unavailable. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime via /profile.

10. Terms changes

We notify of significant changes by email 14 days in advance.
